1999 - Where it all began

Innovative Global Concepts

My name is Natalie Verhoek and in 1999 I entered the web and eCommerce industry by founding Innovative Global Concepts, developing custom HTML websites for small to medium-sized enterprises.

2003 - Rebranding and expansion

Integrated Web Solutions Australia (IWSA)

Innovative Global Concepts evolved into Integrated Web Solutions Australia, expanding services and solidifying a presence in the growing digital marketplace.

2008 - Strategic Partnership

Just X-Cart Australia Pty Ltd

I teamed up with Emma Broe, of Emma Broe Web Designs, to launch Just X-Cart Australia. The new venture focuses on eCommerce solutions using the X-Cart platform, along with hosting and marketing services. IWSA’s business interests are merged into this exciting new chapter.

2016 - A Shift of Focus

Freelancer / Sole Trader

Following an unexpected change in life’s direction, tree-change and with family as the highest priority, the hosting services component of Just X-Cart Australia was sold and remaining business wound down. My attention turned towards homeschooling my children and thus work focus shifted to supporting a select group of loyal clients while also sub-contracting to several local companies in the position of Online Business Manager. During this time, the transition was made to WordPress as the primary platform of choice.

2025 - A New Name for a Long-Standing Business

IWSA Studio

Integrated Web Solutions Australia reintroduced itself as IWSA Studio, a simpler and more memorable name for a new generation of small business web support.

The name changed, but the values stayed the same: affordable, practical websites, honest advice, ongoing support and digital solutions that help small businesses move forward.

2026 - A Family Partnership

IWSA Studio Partnership

Connor joined IWSA Studio in early 2026, working alongside Natalie to learn every aspect of the business. On 1 July 2026, IWSA Studio officially became a family partnership, marking the beginning of its next chapter.

Together, they combine decades of web industry experience with fresh ideas and modern digital expertise, ensuring clients continue to receive the same trusted service while positioning IWSA Studio for many years to come.
